Verbalis d.o.o. respects personal data security and privacy protection and operates in compliance with applicable data protection and data security laws (GDPR).

By submitting your personal data included in the certificates and documents mentioned above, you consent to their use for the purpose of receiving a response to your query, processing the order (translation), sending you an individual quote based on your inquiry, and sending your translation to your address. Furthermore, we keep your translations for a period of 10 years, after which they are permanently deleted (the right to be forgotten). Regarding non-certified translations, you have the right to revoke your consent, i.e., you have the right to request the deletion of the translation at any time.

Your data shall be provided to competent authorities (e.g., courts, law firms, etc.) only if there is a legal basis for doing so.

Verbalis d.o.o. will collect, use, or disclose your personal data only for purposes of which you are informed, unless the disclosure:

refers to the use of personal data for other purposes directly related to the original purpose for which they were collected,

is necessary for the purpose of preparation, negotiation, and execution of the agreement,

Communication data (e.g., IP address) or usage data (e.g., information on the beginning, end, and duration of each access and on the telecommunication services you have accessed) are generated automatically by technical means when you access websites via telecommunications services. These data may refer to personal data. If necessary, your communication or usage data will be collected, processed, and used in accordance with the applicable legal framework regarding data protection and data security.
